Graphic Designer / Marketing Associate

Print Design – Assist the Marketing Director by preparing printed materials ranging from – but not limited to – season Playbill, brochures, show inserts, flyers, advertisements, and large format signage. Help maintain design files on the company server and coordinate print projects with vendors.
Web & Digital Design / Social Media – Design custom social media posts. Assist the Marketing Director in maintaining the Company website with up-to-date information and graphics. Take photos and create other content that is later shared on social media platforms to promote upcoming performances and other events.
Photography / Videography – Coordinate photo and video shoots with photographers, videographers and Company staff to create content promoting upcoming performances. Take photos during rehearsals and Company events. Film and edit video content that is later shared to promote upcoming performances and other events.

Graphic Designer – Marketing Department

Print Design – Work with the Senior Graphic Designer maintain and prepare all printed materials ranging from catalogs, brochures, datasheets, packaging, and advertisements. Responsible for organizing and maintaining all design files on the department server. Responsible for coordinating all print projects with vendors including quoting, scheduling and press runs.
Digital Design / Social Media – Work with the web team to maintain all design elements on all digital platforms. Digital platforms include digital publications and website images. Also assist the web team design and prepare social media content such as posts, and images.
